Moat Farm Pond near the southern boundary had existed for many years as an old farm pond. Cleaned out and enlarged in 1994, this secluded, peaceful pond is a favourite and seems to fish well in any conditions. Well stocked with Carp, Rudd and Tench, it also holds a few larger fish to 18 lbs.
